Kerry Katona, the British reality TV star and former member of Atomic Kitten, won't be facing assault charges. After being arrested for claims she assaulted her accountant, Katona won't be facing any further action from police.
The incident in question allegedly happened in August, when she was taken in for questioning following an incident where Katona allegedly threw a cup of tea over accountant David McHugh over a financial dispute.
Chesire police officials have confirmed dropping the allegations, saying "no further action will be taken" in relation to the incident.
The assault and criminal damage allegations came just days after the News of the World published pictures of 29-year-old mother of four supposedly snorting cocaine.
