Alex was born in St James' University Hospital, Leeds on 10th October
1983 to Parents Lesley and Paul Eamonson. He has two brothers Greg and
Elliot. Alex became interested in film and
computing at an early age, he wrote his first computer program at the
age of five to convert BBC B games into BBC Master Games as his father
accidentally bought him BBC B games for Christmas.
He met his long term friend Chris Marshall in 1995 and the two started making their own movies. The first of which being imaginatively titled "Jam Cam". Although most of his friends and family remember the hilarity involved in the filming of "Superzeroes" which has now been completed, albeit in a very rough form after 3 years of grueling work.
In 2000 Alex and Chris met the videographer James Raynor at sixth form college and "Twatting Zombies (aka Twokking Zombies)", "Running Like Mad" and "Angry and Moist: an Undead Chronicle" were spawned.
The same year, at the age of 17, Alex went to work for Leeds City Council "Breeze" as an Arts Practitioner after being offered the job whilst attending the very same program as a student. His skills were recognized by the practitioner Louis Colan with whom he remains firm friends to this day. The two have a fantastic work dynamic and teach video editing and effects to young adults. Both Louis and Alex still work for "Breeze" despite their busy work schedules and other commitments.
In 2006 Alex began teaching at Leeds Thomas Danby college as a multimedia tutor having completed his BSc in Creative Multimedia Technology at Leeds Metropolitan University. He hopes to be an independent Film-maker, however loves creating 3D augmented imagery.
