Randy Schein graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Television and Radio Advertising. At the same time that he began a career as a junior executive on Wall Street, he took an acting class with Richard Pinter, renowned Neighborhood Playhouse teacher, and decided that a career in the entertainment industry was much better-suited for him.
In addition to producing several theater productions, including A Hatful of Rain by Michael V. Gazzo and Savage in Limbo by John Patrick Shanley, he has portrayed many characters on daytime television, including the role of Nash Fontaine on As the World Turns.
