There has been one person missing from the CNN New Year’s Eve 2024 celebration, according to fans, and that is Don Lemon!
The news anchor is not ringing in the new year on this year’s broadcast, and is instead spending the time with his fiancé Tim Malone in Maimi, Fla.
“Happy New Years!” Don captioned a photo with his longtime love.
Don‘s non-appearance on the CNN telecast is due to him being fired from the network earlier this year, amid allegations of misogyny and bad behavior.
Find out what fans are saying inside…
This year, CNN has Boris Sanchez reporting from Miami on the broadcast, and they have Randi Kaye reporting in Key West, Fla.
Check out what fans are saying below about Don not being on TV this year for New Year’s…
Drunk Don Lemon was such a vibe on Nye. I miss it. #Cnnnye pic.

Insomniac has revealed new details about Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered, and the biggest news may just be that the extent of the remaster’s visual upgrades required the studio to recast Peter Parker’s actor.
“In order to bring the best performances to players with our next-generation Marvel’s Spider-Man games, we have recast the face of Peter Parker,” reads a blog post from Insomniac Games community director, James Stevenson. “We loved working with John Bubniak on the original game; however, to get a better match to Peter Parker/Spider-Man actor Yuri Lowenthal’s facial capture, we have cast Ben Jordan to be the face model for Peter Parker on the PS5 console. He looks incredible in-game, and Yuri’s moving performances take on a new life.”
For reference, here’s a photo comparison of the old Peter Parker model on the left and the Remastered one on the right...

Insomniac Games’ upcoming Spider-Man: Miles Morales may have been built specifically with the exponentially more powerful PlayStation 5 in mind, but the developer is keen to make sure that every fan of the series, regardless of when they make the jump over to next-gen, is able to experience this year’s sequel from launch day. As per a post over on Sony’s PlayStation Blog, Insomniac community director James Stevenson confirmed that Miles’ solo adventure will arrive on the PS4 at the same time as the visually superior PS5 version for $49.99.
For those that do have a spare $449 to drop on a new console – assuming you can even find one – a second, more expensive Ultimate Edition will be exclusively available for $70. As for what that additional $20 will net you, a remastered version (digital only) of the original Marvel’s Spider-Man released in 2018 will come bundled with Miles Morales which, according to Stevenson,...

In a somewhat surprising move, Sony has revealed that previously suspected next-gen exclusives Horizon Forbidden West, Sackboy: A Big Adventure, and Spider-Man: Miles Morales will also be released on the PlayStation 4.
“We’re also excited today to reveal that Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales will be arriving on both PS5 and PS4,” says James Stevenson, community director of Insomniac games, via a PlayStation blog post. “Yes, that’s right, we know that some of you may transition to PS5 at different times, which is was why it was important to us to release the latest title in the Marvel’s Spider-Man universe on both consoles.”
While Stevenson notes that the PS4 version of the game won’t feature “the enhancements made possible by the console in the PS5 version” it will still “look beautiful on PS4 and PS4 Pro.” The PS4 version of the game will also launch alongside the...

An intimate yet slight portrait of New York cartoonist, poet, children’s book author, New York Times op-ed contributor, and father to nine child, Stevenson: Lost and Found captures quintessential oddball and Yale-educated life-long freelancer James Stevenson. The film is a loving tribute to Stevenson who passed away in 2017 at the age of 87 as director Sally Jean Williams combines the recollections of colleagues from the New Yorker and the New York Times, his spouse Josephine Merck, and many of his children who recall a father preoccupied with work to the point he thought Skittles were an acceptable lunch.
The author of the Times’s Lost and Found Vanishing New York, his work takes a poignant turn (as does the film) as his health declines, although he continues to produce work like City Footprints in the Snow which bring a kind of joy as they celebrate the spirit of a city...

“Marvel’s Spider-Man” comes out on PlayStation 4 on Sept. 7 and, naturally, fans want to know more about the highly-anticipated title. Insomniac Games community director James Stevenson answered some questions on Twitter this week, revealing a bit more about its Day One patch, file size, and more.
Yes, there will be a Day One patch, Stevenson confirmed. Insomniac will share more details about that closer to launch, he said. But, he did confirm the patch will include accessibility options. He also said the game will work off of the disc without the patch, of course, but “there’s some real good stuff in the patch I promise you’ll want.”
it will in our Day 1 Update, but we will be sharing final details on that closer to release
