David Koch has been hailed a "reluctant hero" after helping to save a man's life. The Australian television personality, who is best know as the anchorman of breakfast show Sunrise, alerted his registered nurse wife Libby when he noticed 85-year-old passenger Eric Bolton pass out during a flight from Sydney to Cairns last Thursday. Koch told The Daily Telegraph: "The man had passed out in the toilet and the cabin crew were having trouble getting him out, so I asked if they needed a hand. So I squeezed into the cubicle and got him out and Lib helped me pull him out and we noticed he was losing consciousness. And then he stopped breathing. "So I was slapping him around to keep him awake because apparently you have to do that to try to keep them conscious. Lib began doing chest compressions and I was calling for oxygen and eventually...
