The hits keep coming for suspended Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez, and no, we don't mean homeruns.
A-Rod's in a big pickle, so to speak, for his admitted use of the juice (steroids, that is), having been suspended by the Mlb for a whopping 211 games — a sentence which he is currently appealing, by the way — as penance for the rules violation. And now, it looks like the shamed gamer might be getting yet another bit of punishment for the wrongdoing: being axed from the animated movie he worked on, "Henry & Me."
Yep, according to The Hollywood Reporter, executive producer Ray Negron told journos at a New York City screener for the film that A-Roid Rodriguez's portion might get trimmed out of it altogether, despite the fact that such a shift would cost an arm and a leg and take several months, because the very presence of the disgraced athlete could...

It.s been a really tough year for Alex Rodriguez, who has since January been trying to duck a second batch of accusations saying he.d used performance-enhancing drugs. Of course, he actually did get popped for it a couple of weeks ago, so he deserves every bump in the road that he comes across. (Yes, he.s appealing the charges, but I never liked the guy or the Yankees anyway, so I.d casually call him a cheater even if he hadn.t done it.) His latest setback, according to the Long Island Newsday, could involve his voice work and likeness getting removed from the children.s animated film Henry & Me. .I love Alex Rodriguez,. said longtime Yankees associate and executive producer Ray Negron, .but I love kids more. We just don.t want to get caught up with everything that.s happening right now. The message that we...

New York -- Instead of guarding the lines, Mark Teixeira and Alex Rodriguez got to say them.
The New York Yankees stars took a little time off from the pennant race to make guest appearances as themselves on the next-to-last episode of the HBO Comedy "Entourage," which aired for the first time Sunday night. This is one time players didn't mind being accused of acting.
"I'm not going to quit my day job," Teixeira said with a laugh before Monday's game against the Baltimore Orioles.
In the episode, Turtle (Jerry Ferrara) calls Teixeira during batting practice at Yankee Stadium and asks him to double his investment to $500,000 for a planned Los Angeles-area branch of Don Peppe, an Italian restaurant in New York. Teixeira turns him down, complaining about the cost of sending three kids to private school in Greenwich, Conn. A-Rod places a separate call during which he tells Turtle to stop pestering Teixeira.
