Sf Studios, Scandinavia’s oldest film studio, is set to start introducing concert films to theaters, kicking off with “Hov1 Forever” which follows the popular Swedish band Hov1 across their sold-out summer tour.
Hov1, whose tour spanned 27 cities in Sweden and Norway, was Sweden’s most streamed artist in 2023. Portraying Hov1 members Ludwig Kronstrand, Noel Flike, Dante Lindhe, and Axel Liljefors, the movie will show the band performing their biggest hits on stage and engaging with fans, as well as behind-the-scenes glimpse into their off-stage lives, discussions and music production.
Sf Studios will roll out the film in Swedish cinemas between January 4-14 and will be handling distribution across the Nordics.
“’Hov1 Forever’ will be around when we are no longer here. So whatever happens, it makes us Hov1 forever. And we hope it can give our fans as much hope and love as they give us every day. Thank you to everyone who listens,...

It’s no secret that right now is a big time in Alesso‘s life. The release of his debut album, Forever, has proven a worthy culmination of all the efforts he’s made over the course of his five-year music career, and the progressive house producer decided to celebrate that in the most meaningful way possible: a special performance in front of 10,000 people at the Ericsson Globe in his hometown of Stockholm, Sweden.
A brief mini-documentary directed by Henrik Hanson details the behind-the-scenes process leading up to the performance. Between Alesso admitting to sinking all of his own money into the show and digging up the “lucky shoes” he wore during his first Coachella gig, the documentary paints a picture of how eagerly he looked forward to the affair. Sebastian Ingrosso even makes a brief appearance to offer his protege heartfelt encouragement.
“Is this the most important show in your career?...
