Hyun-Woo Lee and colleagues from Yonsei University in the Republic of Korea have found that skiing and snowboarding have a positive effect on satisfaction, and such rich experiences enhance the happiness level, which can in turn lead to positive affirmations on one's health and well-being.
The researchers noted that even one-off or fewer skiing outings had a positive effect on participants.
