Gwyneth Paltrow may be an Academy Award-winning actress, but her insane net worth is definitely not just a product of her movie salaries. Around the time of her split from Coldplay frontman Chris Martin in 2014, Gwyneth had an estimated net worth of $140 million. The 46-year-old mother of two first reached A-lister status after starring in Shakespeare in Love (for which her performance won her an Oscar), and she has since appeared in several other popular flicks, her most notable role being that of Pepper Potts in the Iron Man movie franchise. But if acting isn't the only way Gwyneth earns her dough, where else did her insane wealth come from? Besides serving as the face of Estée Lauder and Coach, the actress has a little something called Goop to thank for her millions - ever heard of it?

Step aside, Kim Kardashian, because Gwyneth Paltrow thinks she's responsible for breaking the Internet first. During an appearance at the Fast Company Innovation Festival in NYC on Tuesday, the Iron Man actress was refreshingly candid during an interview with Katie Couric and Goop CEO Lisa Gersh about the now-iconic "conscious uncoupling" phrase she used to describe the end of her marriage to Chris Martin. "Even if you look back at the time my husband and I were separating and the philosophy of 'conscious uncoupling,' we broke the f*cking Internet," she said. "Even though we did it in an inelegant way - because it was such an emotional time and we didn't give it as much context and didn't explain [that it] wasn't something that I was inventing - it was already an established theory." Gwyneth's appearance is just the latest time she's opened up about her ex. See what she...

If she only knew then what she knows now! Gwyneth Paltrow brought "conscious uncoupling" to the public consciousness when she and Coldplay's Chris Martin announced their plans to divorce in a March 2014 Goop blog post. Yahoo's Katie Couric interviewed Paltrow and Lisa Gersh, CEO of Goop, at the Fast Company Innovation Festival in New York City Tuesday, and the Academy Award winner admitted she still can't believe the impact her breakup news had online. "Even if you look back at the time my husband and I were separating and the philosophy of 'conscious uncoupling,' we broke the f--king internet," the 43-year-old Iron Man 3 star said. As you might expect, execs say that all’s well. “With the restructuring of the media businesses complete and a strong team leading key financial and corporate functions, the company is on solid footing and positioned for growth,” Gersh says. “There is an exciting future ahead for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia and I am committed to working with the board to ensure a smooth transition.

More than 60 Oxygen staffers have been laid off following NBC Universal's acquisition of the cable network last month.
The pink-slipped staffers comprise about 25% of Oxygen's roughly 260 employees. The cuts affected employees at all levels across all departments.
Employees were notified of the layoffs Monday during a series of meetings held by NBC Uni officials in Oxygen's offices in New York, Dallas and Los Angeles.
NBC Uni Digital Distribution president Jean-Briac Perrette, who is serving as the Oxygen integration leader, said many functions and operations have been consolidated after several weeks of evaluating "the best organizational structure" for the network.
"While these decisions are never easy, they have been made after a great deal of thought and careful consideration about what is best for the business," Perrette said. "We have tried to minimize the impact to the affected employees as much as possible, either offering them opportunities within NBCU where available or paying them through the end of the year and providing them with enhanced severance packages and outplacement services."
Early Monday, Oxygen president and COO Lisa Gersh sent an e-mail to employees letting them know about the meetings with the NBC Uni officials.

NBC Universal has appointed Bravo Media president Lauren Zalaznick to extend her oversight to its newest acquisition, Oxygen.
The company announced the promotion Tuesday along with notice of completion of the transaction, valued at $875 million. NBC Uni also projected revenue and cost synergies of about $35 million next year.
In addition, NBC Uni said that Lisa Gersh, president and COO of Oxygen, will stay on at the company. She will remain at the cable channel for the next three months to oversee a transition period before assuming an unspecified new role within NBC Uni.
Parting ways with Oxygen is Debby Beece, president of programming and marketing, who resigned Friday. She had led the network since 2000.
Jeff Zucker, president and CEO of NBC Uni, sees Oxygen fitting in well with a multimedia, multibrand push to reach female audiences.
"It's all about the ability to take all women we reach on TV, online and on other digital platforms that gives the ability to create a virtual women's network," he said.
