- [on taking a break from law for acting, July 2010]: I feel like I've spent more time in court this year than Lindsay Lohan.
- [on life in general, November 2009]: One could say that the key to happiness is nothing more than having good health and a bad memory.
- [on wanting to become a lawyer, February 2008]: If fairness and equality were truly intended to prevail among mankind, we would have all been given Pentium Processors instead of prejudices.
- [on acting, September 2007]: The downside of doing things that get you noticed is that it can get you noticed by the wrong kinds of people.
- [on taking responsibility for one's actions, July, 2010]: An admission of liability when you know that you are at fault is not a sign of weakness. It is a sign of maturity.
- [on the subject of loyal friendships, December, 2009] 'One of the major disadvantages of being successful is trying to determine who is truly happy for you. I have also learned to be careful of those who do not value honesty, because they will usually not value loyalty, either. I am so happy to have finally figured that one out. I also believe that success should never be exclusively measured by what you accomplish in life, but by what you inspire others to do with their own lives'.
- (Regarding the screenplay (tentatively titled: 'Every Kick is a Boost') that Michael is currently writing chronicling the ups and downs in his life, June, 2010): 'Well, there have been a lot of kicks, and a lot of boosts. I won't mention the names of the people who gave me the kicks. They know who they are, and they'll be in the book.'
- (During a Q & A session on the subject of interpersonal relationships) 'I'd like to think that I have many more allies than adversaries. After all, there are probably only a handful of people in this world who might have anything truly negative to say about me, and it will usually come from those who have either tried to take something from me, do something to me or have attempted to take advantage of me in one way or another - and got caught' (Michael J. Tomaso; Acting Class, Tampa, Florida. July, 2010).
- [on personal accountability]: Sometimes, it's much more fulfilling to make an opponent sorry, than it is to hear them say that they are sorry. (Acting Class, Tampa, Florida. August, 2010)
- [from the 'Day of the Dead' cast reunion at Zombicon 2012, Fort Myers, Florida] I am just simply awed by the fact that every generation still harbors an audience for a majority of the classic and cult films that I was so lucky to be a part of, especially George A. Romero's 'Day of the Dead', which Romero has been previously quoted as stating that it was his personal favorite out of the 'living dead' trilogy.
