A warrior's journey has come to a close. Roger Hill, who scored a deep and loyal cult following for his breakout role in the seminal 1970s gang film The Warriors, has died. He was 65. According to Variety, Hill passed away Thursday in New York City. The cause of death was not disclosed. In a career that spanned 20 years, the native New Yorker amassed a slew of acting credits in theater, appearing Off-Broadway and touring with productions that included Hamlet, among others.
