We do love a scandal, but it seems that the Britain's Got Talent Jules O'Dwyer & Matisse farrago has come to a natural end now that Ofcom has slapped the show on the wrist for misleading viewers.
ITV's forlornly announced that anyone who wants refunds of the money spent on phone votes can get them. But how? Who on earth is claiming them? And what can you actually buy with the princely sum of 50p on these days?
1. Can I claim a 50p refund?
You can get your money back if you voted for Jules & Matisse (but only if you voted for Jules & Matisse, so no pulling a fast one if you're a fan of Old Men Grooving - we're watching you) . It only counts if you voted on a landline or mobile. No luck if you were sensibly thrifty and used the free votes on the app. Take that, sensible thrifty people!

Britain's Got Talent returns to our small screen on Saturday (April 12), and we've already been treated to a sneak peek at some of the acts we can expect to see on stage during the show's premiere.
But whatever happened to some of the show's most memorable acts from years gone by? What have they gone on to do following their appearance on the ITV talent show, we hear you ponder? Wonder no more with some of Bgt's past performers - from stand-out stars to the plain strange:
Faryl Smith
Mezzo-soprano Faryl Smith - then aged just 12 - blew the judges away and probably made Amanda Holden break down and blub with her beautiful rendition of 'Ava Maria' on the show in 2008.
Following her accomplishment as a finalist on the show, the singer signed a contract with Universal Classics and Jazz and released her debut album Faryl in March 2009. It went...

A source told The Sun: “Max and Harry are very well known on the circuit.

The talent show fronted by Andrew Lloyd Webber, will search for a girl to play Dorothy in the West End production of The Wizard Of Oz and Charlotte says that she must be tough on the contestants, to help prepare them for the showbiz industry.
Speaking on This Morning Charlotte said:
“This business all over is harsh – the Press, the general public.
“People can say whatever like about you, so you have to be quite tough to start off with.”

However, Charlotte claims that she isn’t the toughest judge on the panel.
