According to "Deadline," Woods and Giamatti joined director Curtis Hanson and screenwriter Peter Gould on "Too Big To Fail," which will tell the story of the relationship between Washington D.C. and Wall Street and how the recent financial collapse came about via Lehman Bros CEO Richard Fuld, Federal Reserve chairman Ben Bernanke and Treasury Secretary Timothy Geitner. James Woods agreed to play Fuld, the last Chairman and CEO of the now-defunct Lehman Brothers and Giamatti joined on as Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke.
