Olivier Snanoudj, Eric Broet, Caroline Lang, Guillaume Coffin and Gregory Schuber will assume leadership positions for France and Benelux, with Willi Geike, Steffen Schier, Peter Schauerte, Sylvia Rothblum, Matthias Heinze and Tim van Dyk assuming leadership responsibilities for Gas.
Snanoudj and Schier will lead theatrical distribution for the France and Benelux and Gas markets, respectively, while Lang will continue to lead TV distribution for France and French-speaking territories with Rothblum doing the same for Gas and Israel.

Warner Bros. executive Eric Broet has been upped to Evp of France and Benelux for the studio. In this new role, Broet continue reporting to Iris Knobloch, the president of Warner Bros. France and Benelux, and will lead the development of the studio’s strategy in France and Benelux.
Broet will also continue to oversee Warner Bros. corporate operations for the two countries. He will be primarily based in Paris.

Exclusive: We have just received word that Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson have tested positive for the coronavirus. Both have been down in Australia for the pre-production of Baz Luhrmann’s untitled Elvis Presley film from Warner Bros. The two-time Oscar winner Hanks is set to play Presley’s longtime manager Colonel Tom Parker in the project.
Warner Bros. was notified that someone in the production had been diagnosed with coronavirus, the studio said in a statement to Deadline, adding that the person is receiving treatment and that “we are working closely with the appropriate Australian health agencies to identify and contact anyone who may have come in direct contact with the individual.”

Warner Bros has promoted Eric Broet to Executive Vice President of France & Benelux it was announced today by Iris Knobloch, President, Warner Bros. France & Benelux, to whom Broet will continue to report.
