On Election Eve, Nov. 2nd, many of America’s biggest stars will join together for the second ever Telethon for America to create the biggest voter turnout in history and combat voter suppression and disinformation.
In addition to being a night of comedy, live performances and a live celebrity video bank, the event will offer critical voter protection information.
The event is presented by fiercely non-partisan anti-corruption organization RepresentUs and will air live at 9 pm Et/6 pm Pt on Free SpeechTV and simulcast on TelethonForAmerica.com, and the social media platforms of RepresentUs and celebrity talent.
Hosted by award-winning actress Rosario Dawson and comedian, actor, and television host Ben Gleib, the event is free and open to the public to watch live. Flipping the traditional telethon on its head, instead of donations, viewers are asked to make a pledge to cast their vote on Nov. 3rd, and to bring their friends to the polls.

Hank Braxtan, director of Snake Outta Compton and co-writer of Giant Killer Ants is back behind the camera for another giant monster movie, written by Braxtan’s …Ants co-writer Dan Sinclair, this time taking on an all-together more fantastic beast (or beasts) – a killer dragon! And we’re not talking a dragon living in the dark ages, nope, this is a dragon terrorising the woods that surround a suburban area, killing anyone who gets near. So what is a towns mayor to do? Hire a group of mercenaries to go and take out the dragon!
Much like the two aforementioned films, Dragon Soldiers does exactly what it says on the cover – sees soldiers take on a dragon, Although, at first, the soldiers...

Ron Carlson (Tom Cool) co-wrote the story and the screenplay of Giant Killer Ants with story co-writers Dan Sinclair (Chemical Peel) and Hank Braxtan (Snake Outta Compton), and they created a flashback of 80s comedy horror.
Giant Killer Ants takes a trip down peyote-lane with a 1980s glam rock band who have only had one hit, and they plan to rejuvenate their career by heading to a music festival in the middle of the desert. It isn’t as simple as going out and rocking out though, because they are attacked by, you guessed it, Giant Ants!

Ron Carlson, director of the 2009 lesbian vampire film Life Blood and 2011′s “shockumentary” Midgets vs. Mascots (which I liked if nobody else did), teams with Hank Braxton, whose film Snake Outta Compton has just hit DVD here in the UK and who worked with Ron Carlson (with Carlson taking the lead) in the 2015 killer-bear movie Maneater, aka Unnatural for Dead Ant, a ridiculous monster movie in the style of Mike Mendez’s Big Ass Spider and 50s creature feature Them!
The 1989 ‘one-hit-wonder’ glam-metal band Sonic Grave embark on a trip to the No-chella rock festival with their long-suffering manager in the hopes of a comeback. Making...

*full disclosure: an online screener of this film was provided by the filmmakers. **there are minor spoilers here. Director: Hank Braxtan. Writers: Dan Sinclair, Hank Braxtan, Arielle Brachfeld, and Natalie Victoria. Cast: Natalie Victoria, Arielle Brachfeld, Stephanie Greco and Lacy Fisher. Chemical Peel is a smallish horror feature. This title was released earlier in the year (Oct. 14th, 2014), through Lions Gate Entertainment. A film about a toxic chemical spill, Chemical Peel spends most of its ninety-five minute runtime with bickering characters. Several so-called friends, at a bachelorette party, are more toxic than the mist outside. Shot almost entirely inside one location, the film is an exercise in what not to do in a catastrophe. Characters act in cowardly and idiotic ways, which makes Chemical Peel a difficult watch. A group of girls gather for a night of drinking and celebrating. Fifteen minutes into the story, it is finally revealed that the girls have come together.
