Park Chan-wook’s “Decision to Leave’ was one of the most acclaimed films of the 2022 festival season, winning Best Director at the Cannes Film Festival before competing in Venice and Toronto. As Amsterdam Dance Event prepares for their 21st anniversary festival, the first round of the major festival brand’s lineup has been released this week, confirming a number of the biggest DJs in dance music. Ade is a staple of the festival circuit each year, laying claim to the title of “the world’s largest club-based festival.”
Among the major talent confirmed for 2016’s event are Martin Garrix, Axwell /\ Ingrosso, Paul Oakenfold, Joris Voorn, Adam Beyer, Craig David, Ferry Corsten, Hardwell, Maya Jane Coles and more. With more than 2,000 artists to be announced for Ade, there are simply too many great acts to list here.
In addition to the secured music talent, Ade 2016 has also announced a number of speakers, including CEO of Def Jam Steve Bartel, Martin Goldschmidt of Cooking Vinyl and Kickstarter’s head of music Molly Neuman.

Marilyn Manson has signed a new record deal with UK-based independent Cooking Vinyl. According to Music Week, the singer-songwriter will set up his own Hell Etc. imprint for the release of his group's upcoming eighth studio album after being impressed with the label's handling of the Prodigy's Invaders Must Die LP. Marilyn Manson is planning a career comeback after signing to an independent British label - a year after he was dropped by bosses at Interscope Records. The rocker is set to release his next album late in 2011 on London-based Cooking Vinyl following his departure from Interscope, the firm which put out all his previous records.
Cooking Vinyl bosses have yet to hear any new material from Manson's upcoming project, but managing director Martin Goldschmidt is convinced the star will be inspired by his split from Interscope.
