King of pop Michael Jackson, who died in June 2009, used upto 19 fake IDs to buy drugs, reveals a new documentary. The 50-year-old was found unresponsive in his Los Angeles home after suffering cardiac arrest brought on by the anesthetic propofol – a drug reportedly routinely administered by Jackson’s physician, Conrad Murray.
The death was ruled a homicide, and Murray took all the blame. He was convicted of involuntary manslaughter and was sentenced to four years in prison, serving just under two behind bars, reports nypost.com.

The provocatively titled show “Killing Michael Jackson” pieces together the investigation into the pop superstar’s death a decade later and examines his relationship with his personal physician, Conrad Murray, who was imprisoned for involuntary manslaughter in 2011. U.K. producers Zig Zag secured access to case files and the audio recording of a police interview with Murray for their one-off documentary.
The starting point for the project was a meeting between Zig Zag’s founder, Danny Fenton, and Los Angeles police detective Orlando Martinez, who helped get two other detectives who worked on the case, Dan Myers and Scott Smith, on board. The officers’ involvement was crucial to getting access to the primary source material. “Orlando is still active in the Lapd and got the consent of the commissioner of the Lapd,” Fenton says. “He was able to go into the lockup and bring out all of the evidence that...

Judge Michael Pastor may have imposed the maximum possible sentence on Conrad Murray this morning—four years behind bars—but as jubilant a reaction as Michael Jackson's family initially had to the punishment, well, cooler, more critical heads seem to have prevailed. "It wasn't enough time," Jermaine Jackson told E! News on his way out of the courthouse. Hardly a surprisingly response given that just moments after the hearing ended, Los Angeles Sheriff spokesman Steve Whitmore told E! News that when all is said and done, Murray, as expected, will not serve the four-year sentence doled out to him, but will instead wind up serving "a little less than two years" of that...

Conrad Murray may not be "mentally prepared" for jail, but prosecutors are trying to send him there regardless, and for the maximum amount of time possible. In advance of Murray's sentencing next Tuesday, prosecutors asked a judge to sentence Michael Jackson's former doctor to four years in prison for his involuntary manslaughter conviction. Meanwhile, in a separate court filing Wednesday, defense attorneys for Murray asked that he only receive probation. So, what did both sides have to say? The Emt claimed that based on the condition of Jackson’s body, Murray waited at least 20 minutes before dialing 9-1-1 and that, by that time, Michael was already gone.
The Emt arrived on the scene four minutes after the call was placed, but by that time Jackson had already passed away. Richard Senneff, the Emt in question, said that when he arrived Jackson’s Ekg was completely flatlined.
In another interesting twist Senneff also claimed that when he asked Murray if Jackson had taken anything, Murray failed to mention the Propofol that was found later, reports TMZ.

A devastating headline is circulating around following a second-day hearing on Michael Jackson's death. People reports a former employee testified on Wednesday, January 5 that two of Michael's children, Paris and Prince, stormed into his bedroom when Dr. Conrad Murray made an attempt to revive him.
"Paris screamed, 'Daddy,' and she started crying," Alberto Alvarez, a logistics director for Jackson said. As Alberto told this, Janet Jackson shook her head while mom Katherine Jackson dabbed away tears. Michael, according to Alberto, was on his back with eyes and mouth open while Dr. Conrad performed a mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. Alberto said the personal physician shouted, "Get them out! Get them out! Don't let them see their father like this."
Alberto also revealed that he was instructed to remove bottles of a milky-white substance from the singer's room before calling emergency services. He said, "He instructed me to remove the IV bag from the IV stand.

Michael Jackson's former doctor was accused of trying to cover up the cause of his death in court on Tuesday, January 4. Dr. Conrad Murray appeared at Los Angeles Superior Court as the preliminary hearing into the cause of the singer's death opened, which was also attended by the late "Thriller" singer's mother Katherine, brother Jermaine Jackson and sister La Toya Jackson.
Michael died of acute Propofol intoxication on June 25, 2009, while in the same house as Dr. Murray, who has pled not guilty to the charges against him. At the start of the hearing prosecutors claimed to the judge that Michael was already dead when Dr. Murray raised the alarm.
Explaining his case, Prosecutor David Walgren said he felt Murray had tried to conceal the fact he had administered the powerful anaesthetic propofol to the entertainer, ordering a bodyguard to collect medical equipment and other items before the paramedics were finally called.
