Adam Preskill is a documentary filmmaker, editor and writer based in
Venice, California. He is the co-founder and President of the film and
video production company Venice the Menace, and since 2007 has overseen
the conception, production, post-production, distribution and marketing
of a wide range of content, including feature films, ads and Web
videos. Prior to his work in entertainment, Adam spent five years as a
staff and freelance journalist across the U.S. and Latin America,
writing stories for publications including Aspen magazine, The Miami
Herald and Gotham magazine. Originally from San Diego, Adam graduated
Cum Laude from Harvard University in 1999 with a B.A. in English and
American Literature and Language. His first feature film (with
co-director Scott Braman), a documentary about surfers in Cuba entitled
"Surfing With The Enemy," was released in July 2010.
