Sophie C. Hill, Dara Jade Tiller and Genesis Oliver played the Undead Ensemble. William McNulty was also adapter.

Scott Anthony played Keyboard, Guitar and Mandolin. Anthony Gantt played the Drums. Ben Short played the Bass. Steven Cosson and Jim Lewis wrote the book. Michael Friedman was composer and lyricist. Steven Cosson was also director. Chase Brock was choreographer.

Sullivan (Lysander); Stephanie Wright Thompson and (Hermia) in the cast. Erin Adams, Dan Applegate, Patricia Cancio, David Darrow, Kara Davidson, Gwen Ellis, Zane Johnston, Brian J. Lilienthal and Brett Ashley Robinson played the Band of Fairies. Marc Masterson was director.
