Exclusive: Verve has grown its partner roster.
The agency has promoted Parker Davis and Tyler Reynolds to partners.
Davis has been Co-Head of the Motion Picture Literary since 2022, while Reynolds is Head of Television Directing.
The move is the latest internal move at the agency, which hired Jenni Ferrari-Adler to its media rights team earlier this year.
Davis was employee number five at the company and was promoted to agent in 2012. His clients include Arkasha Stevenson (The First Omen), Emily Carmichael (Jurassic World: Dominion), James Morosini (I Love My Dad), Richard Wong (The Valet), Derek Connolly (The Legend of Zelda), Bragi Schut (Samaritan) and Sarah Streicher (The Wilds).

SeriesFest Season 9 Independent Pilot Competition Winners Include ‘Humanized’, ‘Chanshi’ (Exclusive)
SeriesFest Season 9 unveiled its list of winners in the independent pilot competition at a ceremony in Denver on Wed, May 10. Jurors screened 55 pilots from creative voices around the globe at this year’s iteration of the television festival.
“The independent pilot competitions are at the heart of our mission. It is why we founded SeriesFest,” said Randi Kleiner, CEO and Co-Founder of SeriesFest. “It was to be a discovery platform for independent artists and give them the opportunity to get their voices heard, their projects seen by an audience and executives, and make new connections. The Women in Entertainment (Wie) Summit will return with its sixth annual event this June, taking place for the first time since 2019, Variety has learned exclusively.
Founded by Renee Rossi (Relativity Ventures) and Gretchen McCourt, Wie aims to bring together women and men who are “dedicated to celebrating the empowerment of women in all areas of the entertainment industry.” Held at the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles, California on June 22, the 2022 summit with panel topics including “how creatives keep a beloved story relevant to up and coming audiences, how media companies are expanding their offerings to meet the needs of today’s consumers, how to negotiate deals within the IP and talent rights space, and much more.”

Exclusive: Wolf Entertainment has promoted Anastasia Puglisi to SVP, a role that will include her getting supervising producer credits on all scripted series in the Wolf portfolio. The move was announced by Wolf chief operating officer Peter Jankowski.
Wolf’s scripted series, which are produced with Universal Television, include all series in the Law & Order, Chicago and FBI franchises. The upcoming fall TV season will see a Dick Wolf franchise lineup on three consecutive nights across two broadcast networks.
Puglisi, who most recently was VP, joined Wolf Entertainment as an assistant to Chicago franchise showrunner Derek Haas in 2015.
“Anastasia has earned the admiration and trust of the entire Wolf team,” Jankowski said. “She has developed important relationships with our showrunners, talent, directors and executives to become an integral component of our scripted future.”...

Veteran executive and producer David Brownfield has been tapped as Evp Programming at Dick Wolf’s Wolf Entertainment, which is based at Universal TV.
Brownfield will work with the core Wolf Entertainment team that includes president and COO Peter Jankowski, head of postproduction Arthur Forney and Director of Programming Anastasia Puglisi on all Wolf series, including NBC’s Law & Order: Svu and Chicago franchise, and CBS’ FBI and upcoming FBI: Most Wanted.
Longtime CBS executive Brownfield spent the last two and a half years as Evp for The Mark Gordon Company, transitioning to Entertainment One following the company’s acquisition.
“I’ve known David for many years and I have tremendous respect for him as an executive,” Jankowski said Tuesday. “We expect him to jump right in as his talents are perfectly suited to our scripted programming slate.”
Added Wolf: “I’m very pleased that David has joined the company.
