When we are first introduced to the luckless protagonists of All Girls Weekend, in an overly lit scene full of expository soap opera dialogue, set in a generic movie house, the kind that is too tidy to believe people actually live there, with framed posters of the director's previous films hanging on the walls behind the actors, I did not think that I was in store for a good, or even competently made movie.
