- Jun'ichi Nakahara was born on February 16, 1913 in Shirotori, Ôkawa, Kagawa, Japan. He is known for Gogo 8 ji 13 pun (1956), Midori harukani (1955) and Wasureji no gogo 8 ji 13 pun (1957). He was married to Kuniko Ashihara. He died on April 19, 1983.

- In 1978, he wrote new Japanese lyrics for the French song "C'est si bon" (written in 1947 by Henri Betti and André Hornez) for the album "Saravah !" recorded by Yukihiro Takahashi. The original Japanese lyrics were written by Tokiko Iwatani in 1952.
