Blaine Worthington
- Producer
- Writer
Born in 1989 and raised in Moorpark, California, Blaine did not begin his professional career with an eye on the entertainment industry, despite a childhood love of film-making. At the age of 18, Blaine enrolled at the United States Naval Academy, from which he graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. Upon graduation, Blaine commissioned in the United States Marine Corps as Logistics Officer. After graduating, he married his long-time love--Australian actress and producer Amanda Worthington-Browne (formerly Amanda Browne).
Through his relationship with Amanda, Blaine rediscovered his love of film-making, and in what little free time he had as an active duty Marine Officer, he assisted her with several projects. Blaine co-wrote and produced the short film "In Transit" in 2013/2014 and then served as the Executive Producer for the comedy web series "Sessions with My Parents" in 2015.
Blaine continues to serve on Active Duty in the Marine Corps, serving as a Logistics Officer for 1st Battalion, 5th Marines. He is rumored to be leaving active duty in the spring of 2017 in order to pursue a career in Film and TV production.
