- Linda de la Fonteijne is a NY based Dutch-American actress and commercial model born in the Netherlands and raised in North Carolina, the Philippines and Northern California, which gave her a global perspective from an early age and the opportunity to grow up bi-lingual, speaking with English and Dutch as her native tongues.
After earning a degree in Acting for the Stage and Screen from Azusa Pacific University and conservatory style training from the American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco, Linda pivoted and pursued a career in Project Management and Marketing.
After years in the corporate world, she felt unfulfilled and found her way back to acting and the deep artistic satisfaction she found from telling the stories of people whose voices would otherwise go unheard.
She has been recognized for her ability to play strong, driven protagonists with a strong emotional perception and compassion, while staying grounded and having an innate sense of confidence. She recently played the poised and charming zen-centric Siobhan Roy-esque Aries Stark in the ensemble indie short film "Upcession." In the groundbreaking Superman fan-fiction series "Red Son" she took on the role of a no-nonsense powerhouse soulmate Lois Lane, a reporter in Gotham City in a Soviet Russia era world.
Beyond her work as an actress, she is a co-host for the weekly podcast "Wouldn't We Like To Know..." where she has honest, deep and vulnerable conversations between two best friends. Linda also works in film and commercial production for brands including Maybelline, Lancome and Kiehls. She is training to teach Reformer Pilates and has a passion for mental and physical health.- IMDb Mini Biography By: Linda de la Fonteijne
