- Nisashi Kondo was born on May 14, 1927 in Ichinomiya, Japan. He is an actor, known for Ultraman: A Special Effects Fantasy Series (1966).
- Best known as the speaking voice of the title character from Ultraman: A Special Effects Fantasy Series (1966) in the first and final episodes. Retired from acting afterwards to work at a store in Tokyo.
- Voice actor Masao Nakasone, who did Ultraman's vocal effects (yelling and grunting), was supposed to do his speaking voice as well, but was late to his recording session, due to his car breaking down on his way to work (and was scolded by his employers at Tsuburaya Productions). Kondo was brought in at the last minute to do Ultraman's speaking voice.
