Bruce Willis and Hayden Christensen. Together at last.
If you've not been keeping up with Bruce Willis' latest offerings, you may be a little upset to find out that most of them have gone straight to DVD and digital. We've watched them all - click here for those - and we'll be watching this new one, too.

It's called First Kill and it's directed by Steven C. Miller, the man responsible for two other straight-to-dvd Willis offerings, Marauders and Extraction. Hayden Christensen, no fan of sand, is the central star.
Here's the trailer...
And here's the official synopsis:
In order to reconnect with his son Danny (Ty Shelton), big shot Wall Street broker Will (Hayden Christensen) takes his family on a hunting trip to the cabin where he grew up.

Hayden Christensen's career never really took off the way he expected it to after he made those Star Wars prequel films. Delivering that ridiculous dialogue that George Lucas came up with for the film didn't do him any favors.
Regardless, he seems like a decent actor from all the other films I've seen him in, and now he's got a couple new projects coming out. One is a solid looking film called Numb, At The Edge of The End. The other is called First Kill, which sees him team up with Bruce Willis to rescue his son from a really bad dude. Here's the synopsis for First Kill:
Will (Christensen) is a Wolf of Wall Street who takes his family for a retreat at the cabin where he grew up. After witnessing a shooting in the woods, though, his young son Danny (Ty Shelton, in his film debut...

"Let go of my son right now!" Lionsgate Premiere has unveiled the first trailer for an action thriller titled First Kill, from director Steven C. Miller, of the films Marauders and Arsenal most recently. It looks like Hayden Christensen is back! First time we've seen him in years, also in the trailer for Numb, at the Edge of the End from last week. Christensen stars as a Wall Street broker who ends up with his family in the small town where he grew up. When they witness a murder, the criminals take his son hostage, and he must help them get free in order to save his family. Bruce Willis stars as the local police chief, and the cast includes Ty Shelton, Gethin Anthony, Megan Leonard, & William DeMeo. This looks forgettable, if you ask me. Here's the first official trailer (+ poster) for Steven C. Miller's First Kill, originally from...
