Bryan Lopes(I)
- Sound Department
Bryan Lopes is a sound designer and audio engineer from Newark, New Jersey. He graduated from Montclair State University where he pursued his B.A. degree in Television and Digital Media with a concentration in Sound Design. He developed a passion for all things sonic and learned during his time in MSU the importance sound design plays in film and television. He believed that good sound design in film possesses the ability to evoke within the audience the feeling of being "untethered, sometimes overwhelming the senses and creating a truly immersive experience."
Some of his work in audio includes live band session recordings, mixing and mastering songs, sound engineer for live performance venues, and sound designer for short films and commercial video. Bryan is the sound recorder and editor for Manta Ray Picture's feature film, "Gruesome Threesome", as well as assistant sound editor for "Stash".
