Jessica Bélanger-Pinard

-Fascinated by the ramifications of the human world, Jessica Bélanger-Pinard began her career coordinating and assisting in the production of the documentary miniseries "Hippocrate" (SRC, Explora). She then joined Radio-Canada's drama and feature film team, where for three years she honed her strong understanding of fiction and confirmed her flair for content. In 2014, she was recruited by Attraction Images, where she coordinated the development of multiple series, including "Fatale-Station" (SRC, Arte).
In fall 2016, Jessica joined the Amalga team, where she has since been responsible for analyzing or producing content for series and films, highlighting the voices of their authors. On occasion, she also acts as an external analyst for SODEC.
At the same time, Jessica is completing a Master's degree in Communications at the Université du Québec à Montréal (Canada). Recipient of prestigious SSHRC and FRQSC grants, her research in media sociology helps build bridges between television theorists and practitioners.
