New Regency has expanded its executive team with the addition of Nirokhi Raychaudhuri as senior vice president of film.
In her new role, Raychaudhuri will contribute to the development of the company’s film slate, which already boasts “The Bikeriders,” starring Austin Butler, Jodie Comer and Tom Hardy with Focus Features; Steve McQueen’s “Blitz” starring Saoirse Ronan with Apple TV+; and, under its Double Agent label, Alex Gibney’s untitled Elon Musk documentary with HBO.

In her new role, Delahaye will oversee the company’s growing slate of U.S. television projects, while the international lineup continues to be led by Ed Rubin. She will report to New Regency chairman and CEO Yariv Milchan and president of motion pictures and television Natalie Lehmann.

Delahaye was most recently Director of Overall Deals, Ucan at Netflix, where she worked on series including The Fall of the House of Usher and The Queen’s Gambit, as well as Ozark’s third and fourth seasons. On the overall deals side, she worked with the likes of Jason Bateman’s Aggregate and Brad Falchuk’s Teley-Vision.

Sapot has been with the company for over seven years and was director, original series. She was behind overall deals including with Kalinda Vazquez, who was on Star Trek: Discovery and Fear The Walking Dead and Dmz creator Roberto Patino. She previously worked out of London and was one of those responsible for commissioning Sex Education and The End Of The F***ing World.

Exclusive: Netflix has signed an overall deal with Leah Fong, co-creator and executive producer on the streamer’s upcoming horror/thriller drama The Midnight Club. Under the multi-year pact, Fong will write and produce new series and other projects.
The first Netflix series Fong worked on was Mike Flanagan’s The Haunting of Bly Manor, on which she was a writer-producer. Fong went on to co-create The Midnight Club, based on the works of Christopher Pike, with Flanagan.
