It’s only 84 more days. That’s not too long, right? The release date for the next installment of Kate Beckinsale’s vampire action film, Underworld: Blood Wars, has been pushed back from October 14, 2016 to January 6, 2017. While this may seem like an odd time for this kind of movie, three of the four Underworld flicks have come out in January. The only one that didn’t, the original Underworld, was a September release. Since the franchise began in 2003, the four films have grossed an unadjusted $458 million. The 2012 installment, Underworld: Awakening brought in $160 million. In addition to Beckinsale, the movie will feature Stephen Rea, Michael Ealy, and Theo James.
