She now saw this as an opportunity to help her family financially, help her get an education, and get the recognition she and her community needed. Defying her own mother's wishes, Judith remained firm with her decision. Judith won the "Mutya ng Biaan," and ranked ninth in the "Mutya ng Mariveles" 2019. She used her prize money to provide food for that her fellow Aetas never had the luxury to have. Even after being a beauty queen, Judith still plans to finish her studies.

Frino (Ketchup Eusebio) becomes devastated upon learning from a townsman that Marciano (Soliman Cruz) died two years ago. As he becomes desperate, Frino (Ketchup Eusebio) comes to a decision to swim across the Cebu strait in order to get to Bohol. A group of sea patrollers rescues Frino (Ketchup Eusebio) after finding him floating in the sea. Frino (Ketchup Eusebio) reflects on his bold choice to brave the waters of Cebu and Bohol just to fulfill his promise to his late parents.

Unknown to her, Abner was paralyzed waist down because of the landslide at Mt. Diwalwal. Not wanting to be a burden to his family, Abner decided to stay away from them. For him, it was a sacrifice until the day comes when he is fully healed and starts walking again.
