- Changsha, 8 million inhabitants, is the capital of Hunan, in southeastern China. At the edge of the road interchanges, there is a replica of the Forbidden City in Beijing. A maze of corridors and small palaces, Xihulou, the "West Lake" restaurant, has been certified the largest restaurant in the world by the Guinness Book of World Records. Every day, thousands of Chinese flock there. The capacity is 5,000 covers per service. The restaurant offers the classics of Asian cuisine.
