In the part where the speeding train is shown in the near background, there is no smoke whatsoever emitting from the locomotive's smokestack. Yet in the next shot, taken from a different angle, the locomotive is shown emitting a steady plume of dark smoke.
In the part where Maxine crawls out from under the hay, the negligible amount of straw fibers clinging to her cap and clothing is inconsistent with somebody who's just been buried under hay. Also, the left collar point of her blouse changes from being neatly tucked under the top of her jacket, to being out, flapping in the breeze.
When Maxine and Mitch check into the motel, still "handcuffed" together, you can see that the cuff is not around her wrist, but that she is just holding on to her half - her thumb is outside the cuff. Later, after a visit from the motel clerk, the cuff is back around Maxine's wrist.
