Did You Know?

Edit
Trivia Production of this movie was delayed because, according to her doctor, Loretta Young had suffered severe stress making two films back to back, Call of the Wild (1935) and The Crusades (1935). The truth was that she had become pregnant with Clark Gable's child during Call of the Wild (1935), and she asked her doctor to lie to the studio. She then took a trip, claimed she found a girl in an orphanage, fell in love with her and adopted her. The daughter, Judy Lewis went public with the information that she is the daughter of Loretta Young and Clark Gable in her 1994 book "Uncommon Knowledge". See more »
