One of the MGM Our Gang comedies concerns Alfalfa's cousin Wilbur who comes to town. Wilbur is a prissy sort of kid that looks like Waldo. Wilbur proceeds to annoy everyone and cause all sorts of problems. Of curse in the end he proves that he isn't as prissy as he seems.
Good little comedy actually is one of the better of the MGM ones that I've seen. Warner Brothers finally release the 52 MGM ones on DVD and its the first time that I've ever encountered many of the films since they never really played on TV. Most the MGMs that I've seen are fair little films with little to recommend them, however there are a few gems and this is one of them. Is it one of the best that the series produced? No, but that doesn't mean it isn't entertaining. the film also boasts the return of Scotty Beckett as Wilbur. Beckett had left the series some five years earlier and went on to other things.
