- Frank Sinatra teaches a group of young boys a lesson in religious tolerance.
- A young Frank Sinatra is in the studio with a full orchestra. He records a take of "If You Are But a Dream," then breaks for a smoke. From the studio, he steps into an alley where he sees nearly a dozen kids chasing one smaller boy. Frank stops them, asks why, and they tell him it's because of the boy's religion. So Frank asks them if they're Nazis and explains a few things about America, blood banks, World War II, and teamwork. Then he sings "The House I Live In" for them. Off the lads scamper, and the kid Frank's saved gives him a look of gratitude.—<jhailey@hotmail.com>
- Taking a break from a recording session, Frank Sinatra comes across a group of ten boys out to lynch an eleventh. He finally gets it out of the ten that the lynching is because they don't like his "religion". Frank tries to impress upon the boys that such attitude is the way the Nazi's think. Regardless of religion, they all are Americans, whose families not only helped defeat the Nazis in the war, but helped their fellow soldiers survive. He tells them a story following the bombing at Pearl Harbor where a successful American attack on an enemy warship was carried out by a Christian and a Jew. He then uses the song "The House I Live In" to show what it is to live with freedoms in multi-cultural America.—Huggo
- This RKO short film has Frank Sinatra in the recording studio. Taking a break outside, he sees a bunch of boys chasing someone. He intervenes when he learns that they were going to beat the boy up because of his religion, He takes the opportunity to tell a little about American history and how the country is made up of many ethnic groups, all of which now have one thing in common - they are all now Americans. He reminds them of the sacrifices everyone has just made with World War II and the reasons they did it.—garykmcd
