Russell : Oh, I knew I shouldna came! Mr. Logan said we were all goin' on a pack trip this week. You don't suppose they'd go away and forget us, do you?
Speckle : Don't be so silly. That bear'll leave pretty quick. It shouldn't even be out this late in the summer. They stay up in the pine country mostly.
Russell : He probably doesn't read all those nature books like you do.
