When Dr. Tchen Yu has his spacesuit punctured near the end he yelled out for Herringway, the leader of the expedition. However, he knew that Harringway was undergoing emergency surgery for injuries he had suffered just a short time before. He had specifically asked about Harringways condition on the way to where the puncture happens and is informed of the surgery.
One of the crew is injured during the first meteor shower, and has a gauze applied to his head. The next time he's seen the gauze has moved to the side of his head and now has a lot more tape holding it on.
At the beginning of the movie where Professor Harringway is presenting the crew of the Cosmostrator to the Press and TV audience the American Brinkman is present. But shortly after Brinkman, the first American to step foot on the Moon, is introduced as he arrives piloting a jet.
During an excursion on the surface of Venus, one of the crew damages his suit and he radios that his air is leaking out. Assuming his suit pressure is roughly Earth normal, the problem would be that the Venusian atmosphere (mostly carbon dioxide) was leaking in because the air pressure on the surface of Venus is dozens of times more dense than Earth's. His suit should inflate, not deflate.
The narrator mentions that one of the crew has created a special food formula for the crew to be able to consume and digest in zero gravity, yet everyone is walking around as if on planet Earth. This is not a goof, since (at least in the original German version) after a time spent in zero gravity, they show the crew activating an artificial gravity field, which allows them to walk around as if they were on Earth.
The US release has English dialogue translated from the German. Some of the translation isn't quite right. They keep referring to the power lines as being "high tension" from the German
"Spannung" but for electrical lines this would usually be better translated as "High Voltage".
(Technical note: In 1960, the term "High Tension" was commonly used as opposed to "High Voltage". "Voltage" in French is "Tension". When designing High-Voltage transmission lines, the utility companies didn't want to alarm people, so they decided to use the term "Tension" instead of Voltage (which is also somewhat appropriate, since high-tension lines also have high tension!))
Also they translate the German word "Automaten" as "automats" which may be better translated as "machines" or "equipment".

In the English-dubbed version, the chess-playing robot announces the move King to B-8. The actor moving the robot's pieces moves the king to D-8.
