As a bunch of adventurers, hustlers and crooks came to Makuba, fabulous for its Polynesian pearls, full of its strange rites and its exotic women. A group of adventurers and delinquents : the starring called Coogan played by Cameron Mitchell, Todd Martin, Al Mulock, José Maria Lluch, Gisia Paradise , who each one has one part of a map locating a fabulous treasure of luxurious pearls, then they set out in its quest at a mysterious island where live gullible but also violent natives . These precious pearls were formerly robbed from the "Amberes" and its huge price : 100.000 dollars . Along the way, Coogan saves a native called Manoa : Mara Cruz, from the raping claws of a nasty villain rapist and then she falls in love for Cameron Mitchell and helps him to encounter the valuable pearls. Loot and lust in the South Seas !

Adventure movie in short-budget set in far countries that packs action , thrills, exotic characters and evocative outdoors. Silly and non-sense script based on a story by Manuel Martinez Remis. Average cinematography from Alfonso Nieva and Pablo Ripoll, being necessary a perfect remastering. In spite of being set in Pacific Ocean, Polynesian islands and South Seas, it was actually filmed in Alicante and Murcia, Spain . Furthermore, atmospheric and evocative musical score by Fernando Garcia Morcillo, including sounds from Polynesian dances .

The movie was produced in low budget by Sidney W. The motion picture was regularly directed by José Maria Elorrieta who used to be nicknamed under pseudonym, Joe Lacy . He was a prolific director who worked a lot along his short life, as he died at 53. He directed all kinds genres, such as : Spaghetti Western : 7 de Pancho Villa, Siete disparos al amanecer, Fuerte perdido , El hombre de la diligencia, Si quieres vivir dispara.
