Plot Summary |
A scientific expedition in the Atlantic Ocean becomes lost in the Bermuda Triangle and washes up on an uncharted island. They meet up with travellers from other times, planets, and dimensions who have also become trapped, and together they "slide" through portals from one dimension to the next hoping to find the one that leads home.

Trivia | For decades, fans have speculated whatever became of Katie Saylor, as she quit the series before its cancellation, then was nowhere to be found in online searches. She seemed to have dropped off the face of the Earth, and people began to wonder if she was, in fact, dead. As of 2019, Katie is very much alive. After a bout of severe illness, she took some personal time off, then decided never to return to acting. She later married and changed her last name.
