Sex & Nudity

  • A married woman and the lover with whom she is having an affair are seen together in bed four times. No sexual activity beyond an embrace. She is seen with bare shoulders and a sheet covering her body below the armpits. He is fully clothed in pajamas.

Violence & Gore

  • The whole plot is about death but there is no gore, and there are only about five deaths in the movie.
  • A male covers a female's mouth when she screams (two or three times). On one occasion he also forces her into a closet. He does not harm her.

Profanity

  • Sh*t is heard twice. B*st*rd is used once. SOB is used five times. H*ll is used four times. "... shove it up your *ss" occurs once. "God" is used as a swear word several times, mostly with "Oh my" and once with "damn." "Jesus" is used as a swear word once.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Alcohol is present in various places throughout a large house, and the female who lives there resorts to gulping it when she feels stressed. A cigar is briefly smoked in one scene.
  • During a victory celebration, athletes open multiple bottles of champagne, drinking from bottles and pouring it all over one another.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • A characters two deaths may frighten some. Most of the deaths are more implied and not actually seen.

  • Three deaths and two attempted murders occur, never with any violence or gore seen. A murder occurs when one man shoots a rifle and the victim falls. No wound or blood is seen.
