Sonny Landham portrays a shell-shocked Vietnam veteran who is sent to an institution. He escapes, Hell bent on revenge against those who were responsible for having him locked away. These folks are rounded up like cattle, bound and gagged, and dropped in the middle of the desert with no shoes or supplies. There, they quarrel with one another, growing ever weaker in the elements as the crazed madman watches in the distance.
Nothing to sing about, but pretty consistently suspenseful and resourcefully made on an obviously low budget. Unfortunately, the ending could have been a lot more satisfying...still, one of the more professional offerings from the bozos at Crown International Pictures.
