The Goonies 'R' Good Enough

A classic, one of my favorites

The Goonies may be a silly and outlandish comedy, but it sure pulls it off. I have seen this movie about a hundred times since i was a kid, (not kidding) and it never gets old. It is a fun and wonderful movie forkids, adults and even teens. (hell i'm 16 and still love this movie) The Goonies is not just funny, it is an adventure with great characters, (Chunk is the man) all who have the '80s style attitude of teens back then. There are great contraptions, traps, and hilarious moments in this movie. Some of the effects aren't up to modern day par but if you look past that (easy to do when you are sucked into this film) you have yourself a great, fun time, with the kids who call themselves the Goonies.

The story, to sum it up quick is about a group of young kids, (about 10, 11 or 12) and three teens (maybe 16, 17) who find themselves thrown into a treasure hunt for One Eyed Willy's treasure, but are closely pursued by th 'bad guys' all a quirky group of terrible thieves. But that is the QUICK version.

See this movie and laugh throughout. Worth the watch.
