Plot Summary

As if being the most pathetic player on his school's perpetually overshadowed basketball team weren't enough, average 17-year-old high school student Scott Howard is about to discover that his problems are far from over. And as the first signs of unwanted change destroy what's left of his meagre chances of falling in love, Scott accidentally discovers his family's hereditary condition. Now Scott sprouts hair everywhere, and his ridiculed team is on a winning streak. But how on earth can a bullied student become an overnight sensation? Is the "teenage werewolf" persona the answer to Scott's prayers? Written by Nick Riganas

Quotes Coach Finstock: There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.
