- Near the end of a whimsical musical number, the Wizard contorts his face into a spooky appearance for a split second. This comes entirely out of nowhere, but not as terrifying as the aspects of the malevolent Dark Heart from the infamous Care Bears' second film.
- The part were Alice gets kidnapped can be frightening to toddlers under 5.
- Overall, this isn't as scary as the infamous second Care Bears' theatrical franchise. Although, there are some perils.
