- A zombie is chopped in the neck with an ax several times, then her head is kicked off, which rolls and streaks blood across the floor - the decapitated head then stops and spurts more blood (some of this is offscreen)

- None of the film's copious scenes of gore and graphic violence are played for comedy, so the film's dark tone may disturb certain viewers
- The film's death scenes are some of the most graphic in the horror genre and are shown completely uncut, most of which are long and drawn out and would be very disturbing for certain viewers
- A scene where a young man is slowly cut in half in an open window by a jagged sheet of cracked glass is incredibly vicious.
- A scene where a young man is tacked into a floor by knives while he writhes in pain and screams in terror is incredibly vicious.
