The opening dialogue is a lengthy and graphic explanation of an extremely vulgar interpretation of Madonna's "Like a virgin."

A man is shot in the stomach. He lies in the back seat of a car bleeding and smearing blood all over the seats. Throughout almost the entire film, he lies on the floor bleeding as a pool of blood grows around him.

Two men shoot at cops during a getaway. Several of the cops are killed, their bodies jerking from the impact of the bullets.

A man grabs a woman and violently drags her out of her car and dropping her on the ground in an attempt to steal the car.

The characters worry over argue about killings occurring during a robbery.

Several characters viciously beat and kick a captured police officer, leaving his face bloody. One of them further tortures him with a gun and a razor mutilating his face. Finally he is doused with gasoline and threatened with burning.

Several principle characters shoot one another to death. Another principle character is shown only after being shot.

The vulgar language in this film is pervasive.

The F-Word is used about 272 times. The S-word is used at least fifty-six times. The N-word is used five times. There are several other ethnic slurs. Anatomical vulgarities and religious profanities abound.

A character tells an anecdote about marijuana dealing.

A man deliberately cuts a tied up police officer's ear off. The scene is extremely intense from the build-up to the pay-off.

A man slowly bleeds to death throughout the movie. He groans and is obviously in constant pain. This may distress some viewers.
