Dana Carvey stated in interviews to promote this film during its theatrical run, that he developed severe pain in his jaw due to Garth's overbite, and that he spent his nights after filming had wrapped for the day with bags of ice held to the sides of his face.

Continuité: Cassandra plays right-handed bass when shown playing with Crucial Taunt, yet she has a left-handed bass in her room.

DVD review.

Two young rockers host their own late show for a commercial TV channel.

Great comedy that still holds up. Many funny sight gags (the dog's hairpiece, Wayne unloading cinefilm from a camera, the sexy girl in the café, the guitar in the window), one-liners ("As If ...", "Not!"), great music (Ugly Kid Joe, Alice Cooper), slick Rob Lowe, the funny Chinese subtitles, ex-girlfriend Boyle and the Bohemian Rhapsody scene in the car. Includes cameos from Chris Farley and Robert "Terminator" Patrick. The only movie I've seen with THREE endings. One of the most memorable movies from the early '90s.

Wayne's World is a great rock comedy.
