Plot Summary

Barry Thomas is the average office worker. He becomes attracted to Lisa Fredericks who works in the same company. After work, Barry witnesses the murder of Lisa and goes to a bar to get drunk. Later that night, there is a storm and Barry gets a shock from a lamp's faulty power wire at exactly 12:01 am. The next morning, he realizes that everything is happening exactly as it did the previous day. The next morning the day is repeated again. It is now Barry's job--being the only person alive who is aware of this time loop--to stop the murder of Lisa, and stop the time loop or be caught in time forever. Written by Matt Houser

Trivia When Barry checks the department directory to find Lisa's office number, three of the first four names listed are members of the film's Art Department crew: lead person Gene Bishop, on-set dresser David S. Bridson, and assistant property master Ashley Davies. See more »
Goofs About 27 minutes into the movie, we see a shot of a newspaper article bearing the headline "TIME BOUNCE THEORY POSSIBLE THREAT", sub-headed "Scientists Predict Experiment Could Cause Time to Repeat". The shot is clear enough that we can clearly read the main article text, which has nothing whatsoever to do with the headers or with anything happening in the movie. The article text simply consists of the following bit of text repeated over and over again: "For a new practice complete a documentary on Los Angeles dance pioneer Lester Horton, one of his former company members is searching for archival footage as well as presenting a dance performance as a fund-raising benefit. As the new times" See more »

Quotes [Barry and Howard watch Lisa across the lunchroom after Barry's first disastrous attempt to meet her]
Barry Thomas: So, uh, she likes me. A lot. Wouldn't you agree?
Howard Richter: Yeah. I'd say, like, you and a vicious ice cream headache are probably neck and neck.
Barry Thomas: Do I always sound like such an idiot or, or do I just save it for the people I really want to impress?
