- Early on: A bad guy kidnaps a bus full of people. During the ride he goes under a low tunnel which tears the roof off. He smashes an unmarked cop car so bad that it is sideways along the road. He continues to smash it several more times. He then forces two cops to play Russian Roulette. He kills a mayor.
- Main part later on: Later he has superpowers, nothing harms him. He kidnaps another mayor, calls him a piece of $hit, and then later kills him. He throws a guy a few flights down and remarks, "that was a lot of fun." He smashes a flying police camera into a building where it explodes.
